Login to allow multiple levels of access to multimedia content

• If you are not logged in, you are considered anonymous and have very limited control of the presentation of the multimedia content.
• Establishing an account will allow filtering to be applied, based on your settings.  This if how customization works for the web portal. 
• Moderators can be authorized for different sections. 
• Administrator has full control over everything
• Email notifications can be used.
• If changed, could allow basic decisions can be made by checking if it is a student login or professor login for dynamic content.
• Your login info can be stored using web browser "cookies" if you wish.
