Once the user add a image file in the gantt bar, it will show a blue line. It means the time for it to be downloaded in the web.

The files must be download first then it can be seen or heard. No two blue lines can cover each other otherwise it will show an error.

Media Author will automatically arrange the images sequence by timing. If you move a image file further, it will move upper in the gantt bar too.


Other objects can be added:

URL: The user can add a URL during the presentation. If user is online, it will open the browser automatically and go to that URL.

Caption: The user can add captions to imporve user's understanding. It will be shown under the media player.

Marker: The user can add markers to devide their presentation into several sections. It is a great help especially in a long presentation, user can jump between the sections. It will be shown under the media player too.
