Changing an emoticon

To change an emoticon you must first select which emotion you would like to change and then click the corresponding browse button.

1. Lets change the happy, or "online" emoticon. Click browse and navigate to the image you wish to use to replace your current emoticon. It is import to remember that you can only select JPG, or JPEG images to replace emoticons. The FaceAlive implementation currently does not recognize Bitmap, or GIF images.

2. Once you have selected the image you wish to replace your current emoticon with press the open button. The FaceAlive implementation will automatically resize your image to the proper size for you and store it in the temporary image store. All images that are updated reside in the temporary image store until you upload them to the Image Server.

3. To make your new emoticon available to the classroom you must upload it to the image server.
