    2. After getting email from Project Manager the Staff can get the information about their task through Quick Views.

Team members can even work within the same notebook at the same time Team Center ensures that each change identified by author and keeps all information synchronized and up to date.
    4. Group discussion threads are allowed.

    5. TeamCenter Web-base timesheet system is an easy way to collect time and report progress for organizations that must provide an accurate time accounting audit trail for hours worked on projects.

    Microsoft Project Central:
     
    1. No alerts. Communication through emails.

    2. TimeSheets: this where team members can see their assignments across projects, enter updates and easily send them to the project manager.

    3. Team members can see their own tasks presented graphically in the Microsoft Project Central Gantt Chart view.

    4. Team members can track and report actual hours spent on each assigned task.

    5. Team members can create tasks. The project manager has to approve those new tasks before adding to the project plan.
