- Definition of interface structures, conducive to
information/knowledge representation in both the human mind
and the computer,
- definition of a multi-space interface model
(encompassing each of the user, the visible interface, and
various visualizable spaces behind the interface), for purposes
of application-specific instantiation of different structures
and subsequent mapping of such structures for user viewing at
the interface surface.
- utilization of the above constructs in developing
structure-based methodologies for interface design,
measurement, and evaluation, and
- utilization of such design methodology toward rendering
an interface adaptive to individual user needs
and preferences.
