Checkers Tournament

Tournament status: the checkers tournament is finished!

Congratulations to Rakan Alseghayer for winning the 2014 checkers tournament!

Congratulations to runner-up Long Nguyen whose checkers also showed very competitive performance throughout the tournament.

Please archive your work in a .zip or .tar file and name it with your last name followed by your first name.
Upload your submission to AFS (//afs/cs.pitt.edu/public/incoming/CS2710).
In case of any issues, email your work directly to TA.

Tournament rules:

All code should be written in Python 3.
The participants are only allowed to modify the designated block of code. No external library is allowed.
It will be a knockout tournament in which you will play ONE game and if you win you'll advance to the next round.
The tournament will be held on {nickel, neodymium, neptunium}.cs.pitt.edu (check out Tech Staff FAQs for more info).
- If your account doesn't run Python 3, please follow this instruction.
One minute is allowed for each move. If your program takes more than one minute for one move, we'll need to make the judgment that your program is lost.
All games will be recorded in .txt and available on this page.
