Please follow the submission procedures detailed by Ali after the preliminary evaluation (see his homepage, and his emails from Nov. 4, 7 and 10).
Your writeup should both describe your system (the architecture, components, etc.), and contain a discussion evaluating how well the version turned in on December 3 performed on Test Set #1. (Use Ali's eval program, as in his email from Nov. 11, to compute the # and % correct). The conference and workshop papers that we have been reading are good models for your project paper.
Each team should prepare a 15 minute or so oral presentation, to share the contents of your project report with the rest of the class. You may use the board, handouts, the computer, and/or just your voice, as you see fit. If you want to do a computer presentation, please send me your presentation so I can download it in advance (or make it accessible from the web). The schedule follows.
