Your paper should express a position (e.g. the use of big data in 2012 raised no new privacy concerns), supported by sound reasoning and evidence. Discuss arguments for both sides. Are there useful non-cyber analogies? Your paper should have a title, an initial overview, a logical structure conveying a clear central narrative, and a final summary. You may find it helpful to divide your paper into relevant sections. Your paper should have both objective (e.g. a description of big data and computational techniques) and subjective (e.g. privacy ramifications) aspects. Your paper should be between 1500-2000 words (before bibliography). Your paper must contain at least 5 citations (the two links I provided do NOT count) and an associated bibliography, using the IEEE format previously provided. Make sure your name is NOT on your paper!!
