Therefore, it is likely that you would lose some points if you omit the different user views; the exact amount would be somewhat dependent on the amount of features you actually implement. I would suggest trying to implement the views in as simple a way as possible, even if it doesn't conform word-for-word to what you mentioned in the first part of the project. For example, rather than fully implementing privileges for Lab Managers, you could simply create a separate un-protected page (for which the lab manager would presumably have the url) that allows viewing of sponsor's budgets. This would be easy to implement and not inconsistent with your original proposal. In other words, it's much more important that you try to deliver even very basic functionality for everything you mentioned rather that creating a very in-depth and thorough implementation for only a single aspect of the application. This makes the project much more complicated and time consuming that we originally anticipated. So I was thinking if we could ommit the part in case we run out of time.
