The acquisition of HIPR2 is a little confusing. In one web page it is posted as a free web resource, while elsewhere listed as unavailable at the moment (with the installation instructions)!

"HIPR2 is not for sale at present and is made available to the world for free over the WWW" (HIPRpage2)

What is available:
