Situation-dependent Chat Room





This is an application which demonstrates how the situated
communication can be initiated and are useful in specific social
environments 



It allows the users to communicate with the mobile computers with 
out revealing their identities



The system is designed integrating SIFF Framework with wireless
network architecture of a particular institute 


A single LAN with a number of infrared wireless transceivers spread
with in the physical space to easily establish connection with mobile
computers 


According to the gathering places in the institute the physical
space is logically partyitioned into a number of physical segments
to identify the groups. 
 

 A Chat room is allocated to each physical segment.A chat server
maintains all these chat rooms.
