 The Data Organization 



The Data Organisation in SIFF integrates the personal information
space with the stuational data and this new organisation is called 
"augmented inforamtion space".




 The augemented information space consists of a set of information
entities.Each information entity consists of two parts

1. Extendable interface
2. Data segment
       

Extendable Interface:


           It contains a set of attributes to record the contextual
           information and it provides identification to the entity.


Data Segment:


           This is the body of the entity. It contains the data in the
           form of objects just like a compound document
