Component and Presentation Level
prototype in the Multibook project [KB01]:
- uses a "MediaBrickSpace" to represent the presentation layer
- components, such as images, text fragments, and applets, are represented as media bricks in the MediaBrickSpace
- media bricks are linked to the concept they represent and are interconnected among each other through relations such as "deepen" or "explain"

Thus, the ConceptSpace provides for an outline of a lesson, and the MediaBrickSpace is where the information collections are composed into a presentation [MB01].
