Conclusion
Digital watermarking is becoming more and more important with the
emergence of the World Wide Web.
Given then inherent nature of the data to be watermarked, it is
difficult to come up with a good algorithm satisfying all the 'goodness
criteria'.
Of all the algorithms, suggested, the NEC algorithms is the most robust,
but it has a heavy overhead associated with it.
Stirmark is able to remove watermarks embedded using current
algorithms.
Future work will be to find out the class of information hiding
functions that obey the constraints imposed and use them to develop
more robust algorithms for the future.
