Specifically, in this project, we will solve 4 problems:
Problem 1: All nurses are at location (50,50) and patients are at different
locations. Each location has one patient.
Problem 2: All nurses are at location (50,50) and patients are at different
locations. Some locations have several patient as * in Table 1
shown.
Problem 3: The nurses are also at different locations, and patients are at
15 different locations. Each location has one patient.
Problem 4: The nurses are at different locations, and there are multiple
patients at different locations.
