Assumptions : All the configuration on the property files and the settingup of jdbc-odbc connection is done.

Select Convert VC to XML function from menu

Browse and load the VC Text File 0215grad,

The file gets converted and new indexes are created. You can see the log on the screen. In the directory specified you can see four new transcripts getting created.

At this point of time we have all the indexes created loading all the four transcripts. In order to test it again, you can delete the transcripts 3,4,5,6 and reload the four VC text files.
