Overview of our CVC system and application of Negotiation 

Main Idea:

A solution to the time/knowledge exchange problem exists in the form of co-ordination of

the settlement of a bid, interoperating with the various Chronobots, using a metric known as

the QoB (Quality of Bid).

But this assumes that the participating chronobots are along the same knowledge plane. 

Condition not necessarily true.

For instance, we now match chronobots based on programming language skills

Lets assume there is a specific requirement for people with experience with Patterns

We need to match to this requirement people with experience in programming with

templates in C++

This is because Patterns are implemented using templates in the latest version of

C++ and .NET

Gives rise to the concept of Knowledge Distance
