• Tcl previously existed on the T3E so I used tclhttpd which is a web server written in Tcl
• Actually any web server would do but tclhttpd runs "right out of the box" with no setup
• Server collects process and configuration information from the T3E system
• Delivers "tclet" to web browser which allows visualization and interaction with the configuration and performance data
• Most of the work went into writing the tclet
