TeamCenter:

1. Senior manager can enter to his personalizes team portal start page and a new page.
   
   
2. Through QuickView provided by TeamCenter manager will no that there is new project.
   
   
3. Event-based notifications are easily set by Senior manager to let Project manager that a new project is there for him. WebProject does not have this facility.
   
   
4. QuickView was designed to help users get the big picture of activities they are involved in and allow management a way to easily monitor high-level status of programs. Senior managers can bubble-up key issues into special summary notebooks. But unlike PlanView, there nothing for Senior Manager to sort out according to his priorities.
   
   
Microsoft Project Central:


1. As usual Team Communication starts with Senior Manager. Using the Administrator Module in Microsoft Project Central, Senior Manager will be able to add and remove projects to the site and define the access rights set.
   
   
2. How the Project Manager will know about is not clear. May be through emails!!
   
   
3. Using Status Reports, which is just text-based document and View Portfolio and View Project Senior manager can see high-level representation of project. No sorting out facility.
