The premier site to find information about .NET is of course Microsoft. Unfortunately for this presentation, they like to update their site periodically and so some of my links are no longer valid. I have re-pointed them either to Google's cache or else to sites suggested by Google that seemed to contain the exact same content (Microsoft periodically redistributes its top-level articles out to its subsidiary sites that are more "on-topic"). The top level .NET home page for Microsoft is at http://www.microsoft.com/net. MSDN also has a mother lode of information at http://msdn.microsoft.com/net.

If any links are broken, try searching for them on Google for its cache of the page.
