Decomposing
- The red light is decomposed in
to four parts in order to synchronize two ways' lights. Red light are
decomposed into four parts: two VR corresponds to the case some
drivers drive through Red lights (in both ways); R1 corresponds to the
other way’s Green Light; R2 corresponds to the other way’s Yellows Light.
