PIKACHU - THE PATTERN LANGUAGE
- I came with the name PICACHU because i was writing a Pattern language using the help of the tool Guikachu
- When I submitted "Picachu" to a pattern group based in chicago to get a feel of what good pattern writing is all about...the following are
my observations..
- Picachu got 81 hits in less than two days
- One of the reviewers like the name because it kind of reminded them of the concept of the "Pokeman character waiting to be adopted
". They extracted a lot of similarity between picachu and pikachu . both of them are small , have a lot of energy in them and
are waiting to be adopted by their viewers.
- According to them , reviewing patterns takes 3-4 weeks.
- The paper I presented in class " A Pattern language for pattern writing" is the base of "PICACHU"
