Four Steps
- Stakeholder Analysis: Determine intended audience, tasks they will perform – developers, managers, students, customers, stockholders
- Element Analysis: Potential kinds of items of interest (screens to display, contents of them)
- Relationship Analysis: Schema, Process, Operation, Structural, Descriptive, Parametric, Statistical, Collaborative, and Ordering Relationships between elements and stakeholders
- Navigation Analysis: Once relationships are defined, determine how they will be accessed
- Relationship and Navigation Implementation Analysis: Decisions on which of the above actually need to be implemented – Mapping rules
