The source image is a MR image, which is usually an image of human being's brain.
The application will first display the source image by 3-D image plane.

The output of the application is three tissue type images. In the medical term, they are called White Matter(WM), Gray Matter(GM), and Cerebrospinal Fluid(CSF).
