• Develop an Overall Model- Identify main classes & overall domain model
• Build a Features List- focuses on "client valued functions"
• Plan by Feature- Feature sets sequenced by priority
• Design by Feature
• Build by Feature

• Provides for many developer roles:
  • Six key roles, five supporting roles, three other roles identified
  • This is starting to feel "Heavy"!
• Product seems less inspired than XP, Crystal, DSDM
