Four basic values enunciated:
Communication – Without communications, everything suffers- deadlines, quality, functionality
Feedback – Everything must be tested, technically and for customer acceptance.
Simplicity – Do not add unnecessary artifacts or activities to a project. Eliminate everything not completely justified.
Courage – Put faith in the people over the process. (Implies these prescriptions are ideals rather than requirements.)
