An actor is defined as "Simple" if it interacts with the system with the help of a defined
application programming interface (API). An actor is defined as "Average" if it interacts with
the help of an Interactive or Protocol-Driven Interface. The actor is defined as "Complex" if it
interacts through a Graphical User Interface. The assigned weight factors for simple, average
and complex are 1, 2 and 3 respectively.
