Promoters

Because of their power, knowledge of technology, or faimiliarity with the project's processes, the promoters are able to promote and push specific changes through an organization.

The power promoter, or the executive champion, pushes the changes through an existing organizational hierarchy.

The knowledge promoter, or the technologist, promotes changes arising in the application domain or the solution domain.

The process promoter has intimate knowledge of the project's processes and procedures to initiate changes.
