Create & publish a three page TOY scenario site including the following:

1. A Navigation bar on the top of each page the navigates to each page. (use intrasystem links)
2. An intersystem link that links me to the www.cs.pitt.edu/~chang/231/XVLproject.pdf page. (to open in another window use attribute target="_blank")
3. The same background color on each page.
4. Comments in each page's code.
5. Include information on each page that may be made up.
   • home page may be a a description of this TOY scenario.
   • one page may be to list the senior citizen's experience.
   • one page may be to talk about the child's qualifications.
