Homework 1 (assigned 8/28, due 8/30)

1. Subscribe to NB for 3710 (will get an email)

2. Use NB to annotate the following two files:

   a) krahmer10.pdf: 

      - enter at least one initiating annotation (substantive question/comment), one reply to someone else's annotation, and one tag

   b) 3710signup.pdf:
   
      - sign up to lead two topics (add threaded "LEAD" annotations; no more than two leads per topic; precedence based on annotation timestamp)

      - vote for all papers that you would particularly like to read (add threaded "VOTE" annotations)
